problem #1

E-250 LX 4.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 44,000 miles

Very disappointed on My Ford engine with 44000 miles on it. I changed oil every 3000 miles and I took care of this

Vehicle myself. I started losing coolant but never saw it dripping because I found out the gasket was defective and found out they did have a problem with them and only the fleet owners were notified and not private owners.

Called Ford customer service and the person was very rude and said it was out of warranty and he could not help me with problem and would not help me at all. Told him I have 3 Honda vehicles and one with 250,000 miles on it and the engine is still good. He still could care less TS ! Told him because he would not do anything to help me out I would never buy another Ford product again and I didn't. I bought another Honda because they are very reliable and their engines Last! They didn't care about me. They lost a customer for life, this was my 3rd Ford product! They should have been recalled on this problem!
