issues with brakes locking up on the front right side

We have had issues with our front brakes almost for day one. We have had the vehicle in for diagnosis six times. We replaced the brake pads on the passenger side at 10,000 miles and also had to replace the right front tire. Ford only told us they could not find any problem. The brakes continue to lock up mostly when we are going down hill on hair pin turns. We have found other complaints from other owners with these same issues. Today we found a bulletin on Fordproblems.com that talks about caliper replacement issues being very common on this vehicle. Ford has ignored our complaints but we travel a lot and when the brakes freeze up we are really worried about our safety. The model was typed incorrect the vehicle is an F-250 pick up. We have an appointment yet again to have Ford look at the brakes and calipers. If they do not replace the calipers during this appointment we will make a formal complaint to Ford direct to get the action we need for us to be safe on the road. I will follow up to update the complaint after our appointment.
