First noticed when syncing phone became an issue. I had to repeatedly touch/push Bluetooth selector before it would accept my selection. Then when I wanted to heat my seat, I pushed my climate. No response. Pushed again, it then changed my selection in FM radio!!!!! Tried the Master Reset. When selecting to reset clock, the screen would not respond to my touch no matter how many times I pressed "clock."

I get a business trying new things to bring the public to choose your merchandise. I don't mind paying for things ... but they should work as promised and not what's envisioned! Purchasing a vehicle is very expensive but I get angry when a feature is advertised and it just does not work and then it costs and arm and a leg to replace! To remove/replace the TouchScreen: part = $800; labor = $125!!!!!

The vehicle drives nice and looks good but the guts are awful! I strongly suggest anyone to NOT purchase a Ford vehicle when there are so many facets that just plain don't work!!!!!
