I took my car for a recall of the driver's seat back. When Ford put in a new seat back, it doesn't work the same. I have electric controls and the seat back will not go straight up anymore. I drive my car sitting perfectly straight. I can't do that anymore. As soon as I saw this, I went back in the service department and a mechanic and service manager came out to look at it. The mechanic readjusted my driver seat back, HOWEVER, it is not the same or straight up! The mechanic told me that was all he could do!!!! My question is, why did the other seat back go straight up and the new one won't???? How should I fix this matter??
