problem #1

Sep 012016

Escape Titanium 2.5L V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 12,000 miles

The second problem with this piece of junk was the roof leaking (12,00 miles). I initially told the repair service department that it was leaking on drivers side near the visor. They told me it was the windshield and they needed to replace it because when the windshield is replace is usually breaks. So a week later I get the car back with the roof still leaking because it wasn't the windshiled, it was the roof rack which puts the leak exactly where I said it was. Back it went to the dealer, I had it back the next day after a complaint to a sales person about not purchasing through this dealer again. She wanted to sell my husband a truck.

Grrrr.......
