Escape V4

  • Automatic transmission

Well, Ford says they have never seen anything like this and they don't know when it is going to be fixed, car needs a new engine. The rod on the piston came loose and went through the engine block at 6000 miles, unbelievable. I have only had the car for 9 months. This car was in the dealership at 3000 miles when the engine light went on, of course they said nothing wrong with it. Ha !!! Either you lied or you are a bad mechanic.

Engine light came on again, of course if I take it back they are going to say nothing wrong with it. I also told them that it hesitates, they said it doesn't, again they didn't listen. Well now maybe they will listen that the engine wasn't performing the way it should. It is defective Ford, replace it or give my my money back!!!!
