Escape Titanium 2.0L I4 Ecoboost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10,700 miles

We were out of town and the car would not start. We had to rent a car to get home. We had a hard time getting Ford to reimburse us for the car rental. They did have it fixed within 3 days. But horrible experience for a car with 10700 miles.

Escape Titanium 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,243 miles

Very serious problem. Could have caused accident depending on circumstances or left my wife stranded in the dark in unsafe spot. Ford roadside didn't answer except to say call 911!!

Waiting for them to find the part that is backordered. Don't know how long before repaired.
