Escape Titanium 2.0L 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,319 miles

Since day one I have heard this clunk in back of my Escape. Each time I take it back they say it is this or that. They have replaced rear shocks, noise is still there. Next time they replaced something in front end where I have not heard noise. Still hear noise, now they say loose stuff in trunk, there is nothing in the truck but spare tire, which is screw down. Still hear noise

No rant or raving !!! Ever since this Escape was new, I've heard the noises (grinding and squealing) coming from the front end, at low speeds, while braking or turning. I've seen two TSB's on a similar issue, but the dealer couldn't recreate it and I couldn't stop it. I do not know if it's dangerous or not but because of the initial cost of this car, I expect more.!!!
