AC smelled musty and had low air flow. Dealership found the cabin air filter completely clogged with dead leaves. Replaced it, no charge. However, less than 6 months later during a routine oil change, I asked them to check the filter again. This time they found it was dirty and moldy and had to be replaced at a cost of $56. Suggested I schedule another appointment to have it investigated, because it should not be happening. Advised me to keep the receipt for possible reimbursement. My son's 2015 Ford Fusion had a similar problem, cabin air filter was replaced in June.
