So after dealing with those B@st@4ds at Sarat Ford in Agawam, MA for days, and feeling trapped with no reliable vehicle - I decided that night of purchase 6/2/16 to take off from MA to go to Wisconsin for some cheese- On my way, in the middle of Chicago, IL- I smelled BURNING WIRES- approximate mileage 1000 miles. I'm sitting there in the lovely I90 traffic in the middle of rush hour Chicago, IL and I smell burning wires. Since I am in traffic I think well....my car is new so it can't be me..............took two more times for me to realize .....uHHHHH OH IT IS MY RUSTY PIECE OF CRAP 2016 FORD ESCAPE PURCHASED AT SARAT FORD IN AGAWAM, MA...THAT IS BURNING......OF COURSE THE B@ST@4DS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT EITHER.....WHY SHOULD THEY ......THEY HAVE MY MONEY, WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEY FIX ANYTHING!

My other half and I went on a road trip and on the way home I smelt burning wires. The next day when he went to work the power recliner and the heated seat element wasn’t operating. Went to the dealer and I guess there is a TSB out to replace the seat rail. So they did. Good as new.
