So now this is the 3rd time for this same issue. On 3/23 the wipers got stuck in the upper position and wouldn't retract down. When they finally did retract down they "stuttered" along the windshield and barely retracted into the off position. I am contacting the dealership today to take my vehicle back in yet again. This needs to be addressed because you never know when they are going to quit working. They can work fine for a day, two weeks, a month???? And then do the same thing again. This is a safety hazard because if you are in a rainstorm, snowstorm, or any situation where you need wipers and they get stuck like this could cause an accident and could lead to a very serious accident. They need to issue a recall.
