SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT A HARD / NO START CONDITION OCCURRING WHEN THE ENGINE BLOCK HEATER IS PLUGGED IN WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW -18 DEGREES C (0 DEGREES F). *TT
