Washers fails to activate when stalk is "pushed in" for washer request (eventually washer will function after several "pushes" washer pump not broken), activating turn signal(s) activates windshield wiper (activating turn signal should not turn your wipers on), wipers turn on without user intervention (wipers turn on by themself)
