I took my car to ford because I thought they were the best. My car arrived there on December 19th 2013 needing pcm. I received a call on January 16th 2014 telling me the part won't be ready until April that's ridiculous and sad. Ford dealership told me they can get a used part but only for 90 warranty. There need to be another alternative besides me waiting months. Ford has poor communication they said they would see what they can do about the price but what am I to do about a vehicle? I'm sure they can find another place to get the part. Meanwhile I have no vehicle and have had to walk or catch the bus or even bum a ride. I won't be back with ford EVER!!!!!!
