This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
Had this car in six times to two separate dealers and have had Ford engineering involved. And still no fix and am treated like an idiot by dealers and Ford engineering as they cannot solve the problem.

I have taken it back to a Ford dealership twice. Both the service tech, mechanic and service manager have all felt this vibration, rough idle but can't find out what is causing it. We called the Ford dealership where we bought it from and someone told my husband that they would not look at it until it has 5,500 miles on it and that it needs a "break in" period. I do not understand a 5,500 break in period, it wasn't doing it in the beginning when I first got it.
It is a brand new car. Just reached 2,100 miles on it. I pay way too much money a month especially for a new car to be sitting at a red light or just in park and this weird, rough idle vibration starts. It is bad enough that even my 8 year old child is telling me my car is shaking. I just want it fixed and solved. I didn't have any problems with my 2012 Explorer that I just traded in for the 2014......

With AC on and stopped, it will idle down to almost die. Took to Ford and they said no issues on computer. They said they called Ford and the tech is out and won't be back for a few weeks. So basically I took to Ford Dealership for two days and know nothing. Treated me like an idiot and argued with me. I assume it's a problem they are aware of and want it to get out of warranty and it'll be my problem. Same as my husbands 2004 6.0 diesel. They never would fix it and we got stuck with a overheating truck.
I was shocked to see all the complaints online after I researched once I got back from Ford.
