The windows on the 2004 Sport Trac have serious issues...even more serious is the lack of concern exhibited by Ford. Took my vehicle to Williamsburg Ford in VA. All they did was glue some plastic pieces on the window and charged $180. The cheapo fix lasted 1 year and 2 days - 2 days over the warranty period. 2 repairmen outside of Ford's elite band of non-professionals told me what a crap job Ford did t

Williamsburg Ford charged $180 to glue plastic clips onto window. Fix didn't last. 2 other mechanics told me what a crap job Ford did, with wires hanging inside of door. To refix, Ford wanted $235 to replace window. Had it done at Danny's Auto for $180. Williamsburg Ford does shoddy work and doesn't care about customers. I have other stories of their unprofessional work as well...will never use them again. In fact, will never buy another Ford. WILLIAMSBURG FORD is the worst auto mechanic location I have ever visited. Stay away from them...they're scheisters!
