Drivers side heat seat quit working; Panel lights on, fuses okay and checked wiring, but could not detect why the system quit operating.

Explorer Sport Trac Limited V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 34,000 miles

Our truck went over a speed bump and something in the passengers' seat snapped. Turns out, the lumbar support was busted and the only way to fix was to have it replaced. Thankfully, the truck was still (just barely) under warranty. Otherwise, the seat would have stayed as-is and the passenger simply wouldn't have been able to "adjust" their lumbar support.
