The police said my dad's truck was going around 65 mph. The truck struck a guard rail on both sides in the front and the air bag did not deploy with either impact. They said he was not wearing his seat belt but the seat belt was still on him. He was ejected out of the passenger side and he was pinned under the truck. Three of the tires blew out also. Nlm

Blowout occurred on open highway. Contacted Ford dealership and was advised they would not respond to the blowout problem. Contacted Ford factory and were told to refer the problem to Firestone. Firestone referred to Ford. The Firestone dealer where replacement was purchased advised us to contact Firestone as it was definitely a defective blowout. (tiresize: LT265/75R1)

I have taken this vehicle to the service department on 7 different occasions for vibration while driving at speeds of 34, 52 and 72 mph. They have had the Ford regional rep look at this vehicle 4 times and he insists that I have a tire problem! I have already been through 5 new sets of tires, 2 new sets of wheels, a drive shaft replacement and a rear end overhaul and I still have the same problem! I would appreciate any assistance that your office could provide in helping resolve these problems! (tiresize: P26570R17)
