The dealer diagnosed that the vehicle's software needed to reflashed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The contact had the engine replaced after it was diagnosed that there was water in the oil pan and a fuel rod failure. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.

Prior to the repairs the contact stated the air bag warning light was illuminated on the instrument panel. The recall repairs were performed on the vehicle. After the repairs the contact stated the air bag warning light continued to illuminate. The dealer was contacted and stated it could be caused by a failure in the seat belt. The dealer stated that the vehicle be taken in for diagnostic testing and would not be covered under the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 72,100.
