F-150

  • Automatic transmission
  • 23,000 miles

Because this is not a daily driver, was in the truck about a week ago, had to stop fast because of idiot in front of me was brake happy while driving and the truck shook hard again. Took this in Nov 2013 and they did something to the rotor. Now they tell us it is heat cracked brake pads. This truck has only 23,000 miles on it ... what the heck.... I could understand if I had a lot of miles but at 23 REALLY....Maybe I should of bought a Donkey, they seem to last longer.

Anyone out there with the same problem and what was the outcome? ....Not to mention the dealer has had the truck for 2 days now. What, are they rebuilding the truck? If I took it outside the dealer (like where my friend works) it would only take 2 hours for a solution but I go to the dealer and they must be having a major board room chat about it. Any insight from anyone welcomed.
