F-150 Lariat V6 Ecoboost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 57,800 miles

This truck is a 2012 I had to have coil boots and plugs replaced, it cost $600. WTF, my Toyota has 130,000 miles, they did a complete tune up for 150 bucks.

Ever since they did the recall repair on the transmission my millage has gotten even worse. I was get 16.5 highway now I am at 14 MPG.

This is the worst purchase ever. I will NOT buy another FORD product!

F-150 Lariat V6 Ecoboost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 11 miles

The mileage on these trucks is the worst ever, it plain sucks. I paid extra to get less MPG. If Ford would have told the V-8 gets better mileage I would have a V-8. My old 1999 Chevy with a 350 got better mileage than this Ford. If they want to make it right for me to by a Ford again Get me more than 11.5 MPG I am talking to Toyota now if they get a nice interior I may switch. Come on Ford step up and fix your screw up! We made you what you are today and we can take that away!

F-150 XLT 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,500 miles

F-150 w/ EcoBoost fuel mileage sucks, actuall calculated mileage is between 11-12 mpg driving as if there is an egg shell under your foot and the gas pedal. Ford has intentionally deceptive marketing practices claiming thier EcoBoost in thier trucks gets 20-21 MPG. Ford sucks and I regret buying this $43K truck, I'll never buy another Ford again!

F-150 Lariet Ecoboost V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

Since I've owned this truck the miles per gallon has not even been close to what the manufacturer said it would get. If I drive on flat highway between 45 and50 miles an hour I can get 17.5 but nobody drives in that range. On the freeway at 70 miles on cruise for 184 miles I got 15 miles per gallon, in town it gets 8.8 miles to a gallon. I also have a 2011 GMC Denali with a 414 horse power V8 that gets 19 miles per gallon at 70 on the freeway so whats wrong with this V6?? The truck at time of test had 8568.3 miles on it. Heck I could have had a V8, saved 1,000 dollars on the cost of the truck and not had to worry about twin turbos driving a 213c.i. V6 to 285 horse power.
