Bought my truck NEW at Don Vance Ford, Marshfield,MO.2014 Crew Cab with all the goodies. Bought Extended Warranty for 1195.00.Have Never had one problem with the Truck. In June 2017 coming back from the Lake my wife noticed the Headliner was coming down around the windshield. Got to looking after we got home and we had the same problem around the Back Window. Took the truck to dealer and was told FORD would do NOTHING. They said I was three months out of 36 month warranty and my FORD extended warranty would not cover my problem. To have it fixed (replace the headliner) will be 1577.45 parts and labor I have not had it fixed as they would not warrant the repair.Our X-daughter-in -law had the same problem on her 2014 Crew Cab she bought at Republic Ford, Republic,MO.
