F-150 Sport 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 27,600 miles

My 2015 F150 only has 27,600 miles on it and I'm wondering if it needs shocks. Lots of front end bouncing and sometimes hard to keep it on the road. Took it to a neighborhood repair shop and he thinks it's in the steering. I'm a 62 year old woman who only drives around town and is NOT hard on this vehicle. Anyone else have a problem like this? At first I thought it was our crappy streets (pot holes) but I got it out on a smooth highway and still had problems. Help!

F-150 King Ranch 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,000 miles

Bought a King Ranch in July 2016 and noticed a vibration at speeds between 75-85 mph. Took it back to the dealership (Crain Ford) 3 times now. But they claim that they can't test drive over the speed limit (got it). So I drove with the salesman and the service manager. They both admitted that there was a vibration but provided me an invoice stating that "the customer claims that there is a vibration". They would not provide me a statement that they witness firsthand there is a problem. They replaced all tires, removed the wheels and sent to a lab for testing, and even checked the driveshaft (so they say). But they said couldn't find anything. They have talked about replacing the vehicle but wants to charge me more money for the same model and year. It has become a legal battle....again might I say. Yes, second go round for me. Swear I will never buy from them again. Once bitten...(twice bitten in my case...). But sad thing is this isn't the only problem I'm having with this dealership...they are crooked. I will take it to a different dealership and get their opinion...that will be the 4th attempt...Lemon Law actions will then commence.
