F-150 Sport 3.2L Ecoboost

2015 f-150 auto transmission will intermittently not go in reverse, happen more and more. The dealership cant duplicate it getting to be a pain in the ass. Any body else here have the same problem or heard of the problem. And also averaging 14mpg and 5 towing and they say that's normal.
