While driving 30 mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Upon impact, both frontal air bags failed to deploy. This caused the driver and passenger to sustain major injuries, and were transported to a hospital. The vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection. The cause has not been determined. Drive R lost control, vehicle flipped over three times, and landed upside down in a ditch. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Driver suffered injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. There were no fatalities at this time.
