While driving 30 mph vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Upon impact, both frontal air bags failed to deploy. This caused the driver and passenger to sustain major injuries, and were transported to a hospital. The vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection. The cause has not been determined. This information was provided by ismael merandes recording secretary of the New York fire department.

While driving 45 mph, the frontal air bag inadvertently deployed. Which caused the consumer to sustained minor injuries. The consumer was transported to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection. The cause has not been determined at this time.

While driving on an icy road between 35 to 40 mph consumer lost control of vehicle and hit a Chevrolet astro van head on. Upon impact, neither of the air bags deployed. The driver of the astro van died in the collision although astro's air bags deployed.

While driving about 45 mph on the highway without warning driver tilted steering wheel to avoid a dog on the road. Drive R lost control, vehicle flipped over three times, and landed upside down in a ditch. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Driver suffered injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. There were no fatalities at this time.

Consumer lost control on loose gravel, vehicle rolled over, then hit a ditch head on. Driver's airbag did not deploy. Passenger's airbag was shut off. Consumer sustained chest injuries, and vehicle was totalled.
