At 50,000 miles, a loud moaning and power steering goes out. Not covered by warranty and truck is only one year old. drivetrain has 100,000 mile warranty, but evidently this isn't covered

problem #1

Jun 162006

F-350 Lariat

  • 685 miles

Bob Turner Ford in Albuquerque NM and Ford Motor Company refuse to fix the incredibly loud moaning sound coming from my power steering. I have had the truck only about a month and it has been in service three times now. The dealership refuses to fix it and Ford refuses to fix it. I have been lied to by Bob Turners Ford and Don Chalmers Ford on every occasion. The mechanics say they can fix it but Ford won't give them the money. It is a $51,000 truck and these bastards won't even open the hood to see if they can resolve the problem.

FORD WARRANTIES ARE CRAP!!!!!! Ford doesn't honor them. FORD MOTOR COMPANY SUCKS. I now have to hire an attorney to force Ford to give me a truck that is drivable, or to force them to fix the one I have. DON'T BUY A FORD PRODUCT. They will only lie to you.
