Fiesta SES 3.2L

The first time this happened( 4 more times after this one to date) the service center changed the valves in the filler spout, the spout and the fuel tank, this is a cap-less system. It took a couple days to complete.

This has reoccurred about every 10000 km after that. They said that the module plugs from driving on gravel roads. Dust.
