I am looking for sagestions to a big problem i have and would be greatfull to everyone who may sagest what could be the cause, so the thing is everytime im changing gear my car revs to the max and resantlly only when going down hill there is a bad smell of burning something like the cluch burning but have had that checked and the cluch is fine, i have had to park it up in my drive as i dont feel safe as i have 2 children usually when she revs i have to turn engine straight of or i change gear and put my foot on accelorate then she stops but not always untill i turn her off any idea please so i can look at if she is worth to fix or get a new car many thanks. r
