My husband and I bought the car new in 09'. I have it serviced at the dealership for all work. At 17k I was told my tires were in the yellow. I had them replaced at 21k with new Michelin's and an alignment. I took my car in again for oil filter now at 42,598 (7/19/14). I am told my tires are in the yellow and need replaced. My prior visit was in Dec.13' with 37,379 miles. So in 5,200 miles my tires have worn again. Wearing on outside. Dealer says tire manufacturer won't handle because not an even wear.
When I ask Ford why this keeps happening no one seems to know and they are not offering any suggestions. I asked if my car was out of alignment and they said no. Getting ready to be on my third set of tires and only have 42K on the car. I have a friend with a Flex too and is experiencing the same problem.
