Pushed the button to close the rear gate, which is by itself - stand alone with nothing else even close to it, and the third row seats folded up and tried to crush the occupants. The button is located on the rear panel and accessable when the rear gate is open. It is located approximately 8 inches from the control buttons for the 3rd row seat and there is NO WAY that I touch the seat controls.
