Focus SE 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

Me and my family really like our car, it's true. However, at about 100,000 miles, a part of the AC broke that we could not afford. Our family doesn't have a lot of money, and it's too expensive. I'll buy a newer ford, or maybe even a Kia. Thanks, Ford.

Focus SES

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

Definitely the only terrible thing that I've dealt with on my Focus. AC went out after less than 4 years. It was in Florida, so it definitely was being used a lot, but seriously? Pretty disappointing. Mechanics at the Ford Quick Lane told me that this was pretty common in the Focus. To fix is was going to be just shy of $2,000. Insane!

Focus Sedan

  • Automatic transmission

This is definitely making Ford look bad for an A/C unit in a car that is 5 years old to go bad already.
