This is out of line. We can not open the driver side of this car. We are on social security and our finances are limited. The door latch has broken and now we have to climb over the console to get to the driver's side. We paid $63.00 to fix it three months ago now they want another $220.00 so we can use the driver's side door. No wonder Ford get such a bad rap. For good the love of God this is ridiculous.

It's Halloween. It's not nice weather. We live in Oregon. Good thing I have a four door vehicle to get in and out easily... oh nope, not today. Sorry for ya actually... go ahead and hop in and out of the window. Well shoot, why not. Recontacted Ford, made appointment at auto shop. Now windows aren't acting correctly... have to be encouraged to roll down as well as up.

The driver side front door won't open from the outside, the same has happened to all four doors, driver rear I didn't replace the latch assembly in time, and it can't be opened from inside or out. Luckily I replaced the passenger rear assembly and it is the only way we can get inside the car and have to open the driver and passenger front doors from the inside.
