if the street is lumpy or bumpy the front bumper hits it & it sounds loud - sometimes its unavoidable & i clinch my teeth bcz i knw how loud & awful it going to sound - when i told the dealer/maintenance - he said -- you bought a focus.
the trunk leaks. The carpet is not secured &the dealer said that was normal.

The thin rubber seals are visably pulled out at the bend of both rear doors. I squish them back in but they pop out again. My neighbor has same problem with his focus.
