2007 Ford Fusion with defective rear bumper. Consumer states that the reinforcement bar is twice the size and strength of the average bar and transfers any impact to the vehicle and the occupants. The impact was to the rear bumper only, but damaged the rear body trim panel and broke the seam seals under the back glass and buckled the quarter panel.
