This is my daughters car, I am worried that she will be involved in a crash because the brakes are not performing as they should. This is a real problem. WTF Ford.

Fusion SE 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 159,000 miles

It costs $871.00 and it is nothing but dangerous. Shouldn't have to pay for this it should be a recall! It should be a recall! I should have to worry about hitting a bump and being able to stop. This is a defective part by the Manufacture.

Fusion SE

  • Manual transmission

Taking my children to an event and my brakes went to the floor. I took to get repaired and started with the brake line, then went to master cylinder and now they are trouble shooting the ABS system. Car is not that old and is now useless. This is not right.

problem #1

Fusion 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 167,000 miles

After hitting a pot hole or a bump the brakes depresses all the way to the floor before stopping and scared they are going to stop working. Was told it was the ABS hydraulic brake control unit. Since then I have investigated it on the internet and see that this is a big problem. with many 2009 Fusions and Ford is waiting for crashes to happen before they recall and fix the problem.

It is scary when the car refuses to stop and one pumps in panic.
