After hitting a rough area on the road, my brake pedal went all the way to the floor. It never corrected itself. That was a few years ago and the pedal still goes to the floor every time I press the brakes. Also, the dash where the air bag is, is severely bubbled.

Takata recall. I have been trying for nearly 2 years for Ford to resolve this inflator issue. I've been told multiple times the parts are not yet available. I understand this is a very large recall, but 2 years is unreasonable. I need this repaired as soon as possible.

I was contacted by mail to tell me there was a recall on my air bag in March 2017. The letter stated there is a chance of metal shards deploying with the airbag. I have children that ride in my vehicle everyday. If this could be solved in a timely manor that would be great!

During the second incident, while driving 55 mph, the contact noticed a deer standing on the side of the road. I was given back in March 2017 a paper stating my airbags on my 2009 Ford Fusion were defected. Months later in approximately October 2017 I received a post card stating tk holdings Inc is filling bankruptcy, who made my cars airbags. The post card also stated ""if your vehicle contains a defective or potentially defective airbag inflator and is under recall, contact your nearest dealership immediately to schedule a free repair". when I called the Ford dealer this December stated they would fix it when they get the parts in. I have been told this since I first called back in March too. It is a huge safety risk to be driving my car, if the airbags do not work properly. This needs fixed as soon as possible, but Ford is not helping at all and will not replace these in a timely manner. This is unacceptable and a safety risk.

Takata recall... my daughter went to pittsburgh to attend school and uses our Ford Fusion. Well over a year ago, she received a recall on the airbag. She is afraid of driving in this death-trap with friends but Ford - after more than a year -- still won't give her a date for the repair. The whole family is scared for her. I had a GM product that had the same problem and they were able to make the fix several months ago. Can you help her get the proper fix in pittsburgh before she and her friends are seriously hurt or killed in this Ford vehicle? Ford keeps dragging its feet and does not seem to care. Please help! I look forward to hearing from you. Much thanks, [xxx] [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).'

Takata recall - I received a notice July 2016 about the recall and there is still no remedy. I don't fee safe with a passenger in the front seat as the area around the airbag is wharped and not secure. The airbagrecall.com site says shrapnel can be sprayed instead of the airbag deploying during an accident. This is not safe for passengers. The vehicle has not been in an accident where the airbag has deployed, but I am scared what will happen to passengers in the car if shrapnel is sprayed.
