I usually don't lower the rear windows, however it was a warm day and we were parking the car outside a restaurant. I went to crack both the front and rear windows when I realized one of the rear windows wouldn't move. I checked to see if it was locked independently (an unknown option?) of the other four windows, it wasn't. I have not had a chance to bring the car in, yet... very disappointed.

Parked car in parking lot of a restaurant. It was lightly raining. Locked doors by button on door and with key fob while walking. Came out 1/2 hour later and ALL 4 windows were completely down with inside of car wet. Car was NOT running. Even if there was some kind of remote code the windows could not be lowered without the car power on?? The restaurant is next to a Ford dealership. Has anyone ever heard of this happening? Has only happened the one time.

The driver and passenger door windows had intermittent problems with the auto up feature. Auto down always worked but not auto up. The rear windows never had a problem with auto up or down. This happened for a couple of months and then told the dealer when I went in for scheduled maintenance. It was annoying but I figured it was worth complaining about seeing that the car is still under warranty. It took them two tries at re-programming. It is now 2 months later and no issues since. Keeping my fingers crossed!

A piece of warped molding on my driver side window allowed water to get into my door causing my one touch switches not to work properly. After three months and three or four trips to the dealer for service, they found water in my door. The service department replaced the switches and some wiring. Two days later the passenger side window needs to be reset. Two weeks later the driver rear window is bouncing back on one touch roll up for no reason.
