problem #1

Fusion SE 2.5L

Recently my backup camera on my 2014 Fusion has been flickering and distorting the image , then goes normal. Then its fine for a few weeks. On January 19th the problem happens again, this time it flickers, then goes black, then the screen says contact dealership. So the day we took it to the dealer, upon turning the car on, the screen is now completely black, you can hear the touch screen tone but the screen is black with the backup camera still not showing. The dealer has is for two days, they replace the camera, and preform a master reset on the my ford touch. in the paperwork they state there was a "Internal PC Failure" we pick the car p and everything works again! The next day i put the car in reverse, backup camera is flickering yet again, after ford payed $384 replacing the camera under warranty. Later that night i try again and when i put the car in reverse, there is no flicker or distortion, its just a black screen. puting it back in drive or any other gear the screen works. So whats the problem here?

THANKS!!
