The contact owns a 2014 Ford Fusion. While driving during inclement weather, the windshield wipers failed to wipe fast enough to remove rain from the windshield, despite if it were moderate or heavy rain. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who acknowledged the issue, but indicated that the wipers were operating normally. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 1,000.
