recalled door latch failing again

Ever since the door laches were replaced thru the ford recall have been having problems, either with excessive vibration on the doors or the door ajar indicator coming on, after continuously working with ford thru the dealer, I finally got the front door latch (and door vibration) issue fixed, last weekend had the rear right door latch fail and the door won't even close, had my kid sitting in the back seat. Had to have my kid sit on the other side and tie the door with the help of the seat belts, since it was a Sunday afternoon could no find any mechanic to help with the issue, had to park the car with stuff leaning on the rear door to hold it close tight so that the external mirror lights "puddle lights??" would turn off.

when the locks were replaced by (another) dealer I was told that there was a 2 year warranty, today when I went to the dealer I was told that there is only a 1 year warranty and that the 2 years warranty only applies if I had paid for the repair/parts and it would not apply in case of a recall which was fully covered by the manufacturer (was told the same when I called Ford customer care today).

Think Ford has given an unsatisfactory fix and needs to fully cover and fix the issue. I am also worried that rest of the doors could possibly have similar issues and have concerns about the cars safety.

All latches on my car had supposedly been replaced 6 months ago, per the Ford Door Latch Recall from 2015-2016. The front passenger door latch failed this morning; luckily the car was parked and the door just bounced open, no injuries or accident. Door had to be tied closed from the inside to get it to the dealership for repair. Not confident in the other three latches, as they were also fixed previously for the same recall.
