Talk about a bad luck truck! Got rear-ended 3 weeks after I bought it! Had to replace just the bumper! Got rear ended again about 3 months later , no damage to my truck. Bought a bumper step for extra protection! One of the front fender trim clips broke and had to be replaced (free by ford). Got broken into about 3 months after that! They jammed a screw driver in drivers door lock to pop the lock and bent the heck out of the door and destroyed the lock. Stole my blackberry, ashtray cup full of change and a package of gum that was hiding my blackberry! I Know Sell the Truck is what your saying!

Then, my O/D-Off light starts blinking!! It would start blinking mostly in heavy rush-hour traffic. Usually when I had to use the gas pedal on and off lots. It would come on other times too like when I was on a wash board gravel road. If I would really baby the gas pedal I could keep it somewhat in check! Then I said that's stupid. Take it in and get it fixed. I didn't do anything to cause this! It would also start really shifting erratically. Revs would be all over the place. Then I would pull over and turn it off to reset the computer. Mostly this would work for awhile. Then coming home one Friday it came on 4 times! Enough! Made the appointment to take it in on Monday. Took it in told them the problem at Universal Ford in Calgary and they didn't question a thing.! Called me back a couple of hours later said they tested it and there was low line pressure that's why the light was coming on. Said they had to order some parts from Edmonton and it would be under warranty and in the shop another day. OK as long as they fix it good! Yay! Anyway they got all the parts in, rebuilt the valve body and separator plate gaskets were blown out! Yay again! It's fixed. Yay it was free! Good on Ford!!!! Driven it for a week so far and it is perfect! So make sure if you have this symptom take it in and get it checked out it may be more than just a loose connection! My service experience was all sunshine and lollipops with Universal Ford in Calgary! Hope this rant helps somebody else??
