I am not a happy costumer..first off my car broke down on me a couple of weeks ago, so i had to go to a dealership for financing and they sold me a 2004 ford taurus and they said nothing was wrong with it and the inspection was done on it .....the other day i was at a stop and there was a van infront of me and they eased forward and i was going to to. I took foot off break and tapped my gas and the car went out of control and the car accelerated fasted before i knew it i hit the van infront of me and my airbag went off ...i took it back to the dealer ship and they lifted the hood and touched the throttle thing and said sure enough its sticking ...they then came back and said they were going to fix the throttle for no cost but wont take care of what the sticking throttle caused ...they are responsible , i dotn think the car was inspected right and that they missed something and do to that miss it caused a accident ...my car needs to get fixed and im holding the dealership and manufactour responsible ..i have contacted some lawyers to review my case and to meet with me ..cuz i will get who is responsible for it ....there were problems with accelerators and throttles sticking and increasing speed in the 2009 taurus my question y was this passed for inspection ??? and sold to a signal mother of two
