Taurus Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles

From the first day I purchased my car, the headlights have been awful! I have to use my high beams at night to see. If it is raining, it is like driving with no lights on at all. It is very dangerous and I hate driving at night. I actually hit a deer because I couldn't see it until I actually hit it. Can't see when making a turn. I have had it to the two dealerships but they say there is nothing wrong with my lights. They say I'm just not used to this type of light. This is a bunch of bull. Also, there are no fog lights, except for those useless LED lights at the bottom which do nothing. I am very disappointed in the headlights on my car.

Taurus Limited 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission

I had 6 new cars from 2008 until now and is the first time I see this situation with the headlights, for the person who commute specially in the night the lights are vital for safety and this car have the worst headlights I never seen before, I tried installing LED bulbs but the problem persist. At this pint I don't know what to do, I'm thinking in put one complaint with the Ford, even in the dealership I tried twice the situation and they don't do nothing look as they know the real problem but don't want or cant do something for me.
