I was so ripped off. I only went to the dealer because my mechanic claimed only the dealer would be able to address the cooling fan relay/fan motor/ fan circuit. I made it real clear and the technician wrote down my words."Cooling fan is not coming on". sure enough the idiot says its your water pump. Verified concern he wrote on the invoice as if he found the problem. $648.75. Over heated on the way home, took it back! The next day got a call from the dealer service center. New invoice, verified new concern, found engine cooling in op recommends replace. i never heard so many excuses why this wasn't addressed or corrected during my first visit here. I didn't just take a wild guess and pulled out some off the wall mechanical problem. This is one of Fords nightmares. Well documented, well known and a bona fide fact. This mechanic says he doesn't use the internet to focus on auto problems. So there, clueless and proud
