Transit Connect XLT 2.0L

I think that it is ridiculous that the brakes go out on a brand new car within 21,000 miles and they say this is standard wear and tear. Total BS!!! I do not use the van to haul heavy cargo so I am not sure why the brakes went out so early. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM!!
