: the contact stated gas and fumes leaked consistently while the vehicle was in motion or parked. The fuel filter was replaced, but that did not remedy the problem. There was a NHTSA recall #00V164000 regarding fuel system, gasoline:delivery. The dealer was contacted and determined that the vehicle was not included in the recall due to the VIN. The vehicle had not been repaired.

00 V 164 000/fuel line fittings: While re-fueling the vehicle, the consumer noticed fuel leaking from the filler neck. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer located a rubber fuel line that was deteriorating and the vehicle was not covered under that recall.

Recall number 00V164000-fuel line fittings. Recall repairs were not preformed, and vehicle was still experiencing the problem. Consumer stated the transmission is also bad, there is a bad vibration, also there is a heavy pull to the right.
