This is the beginning of multiple problems I've had with this piece of crap truck. I just found this website so prepare to get a bunch of entries for this vehicle. Worst vehicle I or my parents have ever owned and has probably cost more than it's worth in repairs by now.

There is a loose piece of metal on something related to the emergency brakes because this started happening after a previous problem with them was fixed. A mechanic agreed and ground a rusted dust cover down, but it did not fix the problem. There is a grinding sound from the rear passenger side tire area every time the car hits a bump. Sometimes it really "locks up" and grinds until I come to a complete stop. Apparently the only definite fix is to replace the whole rear brake assemblies, a very expensive job.
