The contact owns a 2002 GMC Yukon. The contact stated while driving 25 mph there was a banging noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The contact drove home and noticed that the shock mounts that were attached to the frame was rusted and corroded. The dealer was notified who offered no assistance. There were no recalls for the failure. The manufacturer was notified who offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 62,000.
