paint turning gray/white in large spots

Started in one spot on the roof. Last week there were 7 spots. And yesterday I noticed it on the hood.

Update from Sep 17, 2015: Much worse than it was, all over roof now and 3 spots on hood. Also 2 weeks ago spotted a patch on the top of the rear passenger door.
