When in gear, the motor would rev at high speeds without engaging. Car is six years old with 104,000 miles. Very dangerous on the highway. Our Yukon XL would have limited power and buck without keeping speed. Thought we were going to get rear ended multiple times on the highway (I-95) as propulsion was nonexistent. Had to pull off the road, then slowly gain speed to get back on the road and this happened multiple times.

Under normal driving the vehicle will go into "reduced engine power" mode while saying service stabilitrak and stabilitrak off. Give the code referencing a 5A reference. I have replaced the ECM 2X, the accelerator pedal assembly, throttle body entire, high pressure fuel sensor problem continues without remedy. Has happened to many times to count starting in Dec 2008 to present
